If I had a figure like that I’d wear them in public! However knitted undergarmets on a middle aged woman is asking for trouble! I’m need an a/c to go with them.

Gosh, I think they are just lovely! But I reckon once they were wet they’d weigh a ton and be see-through I wouldn’t mind a lycra set in the first pattern though, love the scallopy legs.

You see the benefit of being canny now, don’t you. You can’t throw anything out in case it one day comes in handy. As a result we have beautiful old fabrics, crocheted ric-rac, old old pattern books and lots of laughs. Maybe Pip’s grandchildren, when they are older will laugh at what, with canniness, he saved, just in case.
